Let me show you my 31 sqm studio apartment located in Hungary, Budapest, the frequented part of the VII. district.
The flat has undergone a complete technical and aesthetic renovation in the past few months. The entire plumbing and electrical network has been renewed. Instead of a convector that is typical of old brick houses, the heating is now provided by a modern Polar air-conditioner with an H-rate, so the winter heating costs are halved. The front door and all windows were replaced by high quality German ones.
The bathroom is equipped with a touch-screen heating panel, which can be controlled via smartphone. The hot water is provided by an Ariston Wellis Evo electric boiler, which can also be controlled through WiFi.
The house is kept in a good shape, the roof has been renovated during spring 2019, and at the end of the year the staircase was painted and new mailboxes were bought. AIRBNB is allowed in the building!!!
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator in the house.
The new owner can move immediately!
Keleti Train Station, Metro Line M2/M4 is approximately 1 minute by foot. There are several shopping opportunities nearby (Garay Center, Arena Plaza, Récsei Center). The University of Veterinary Medicine is also a few minutes walk.
