Savannah Village will be located in the north of the island in Grand Bay, the most popular part of Mauritius. A prime tourist destination for its tropical climate and crystal-clear lagoons.

Lively villages and towns blend into the soft greens of sugarcane plantations and the blues of the ocean. From skydiving to nautical activities and mountain biking, Mauritius is full of thrills for every moment of life.
The project includes 8 High Standing Villas for non-resident Mauritians (Based upon the PDS Scheme) on a plot of 12,409 m2 or 2 acres and 94 perches.
Each villa has an area of approximately 250 to 280 square meters, with 3 or 4 bedrooms on land averaging 1,200 m2 in full ownership in a well-designed architectural setting blending perfectly with nature.
The true spirit of Africa resides in the community. With this in mind, the shared space of the village is centered around a fruit and vegetable garden as well as a shared outdoor kitchen so that residents may share meals, memories- and much more- in a serene and luxurious setting.
The eight villas are each of 280 to 320 m2 with up to 4 bedrooms.
