This is a special place in the mountains above Lake Como near the Swiss border. I was lucky enough to tour the property, which has been completely renovated by the current owner.
It was built in the 1940s and was originally used as a monastery. It is completely decked-out with an indoor pool, spa, gym, wine cellar and 15,000 square meters of outdoor space and one of the most gorgeous kitchens I have ever seen. The setting is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees near the top of the mountain.
With a three million euro price tag, this is an incredible deal when you compare it to other large estate homes in the Como area.
The photos tell a better story than we could possibly tell here, so take a look and let us know if you have questions!
